To promote Suzhi education (Liberal / General Education) in an all - round way is the strategic goal of educational reform and development in China. In the new period, suzhi education in colleges and universities should fully implement the purpose of Enhance Morality & Foster talents. General Secretary Xi Jinping in December 2016 held the national ideological and political work conference stressed that Enhance Morality & Foster talents should act as a vital role, ideological and political education should be run throughout the entire process of education. Only in this way could we achieve the goal of full education, all-round education, and create a new situation in the development of higher education in China. It is necessary to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, what kind of universities are going to do, how to do the fundamental problems of the university, The leadership of the university, the successor to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, is a major political task and strategic project.
To achieve these goals, CASE 2018 Annual Conference and 7th Forum on Suzhi Education will be held on March 29-31, 2018 in University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.Chengdu. The theme of the conference is Enhance Morality & Foster talents in Suzhi Education.

CASE would be honored to invite scholars, researchers and professionals all around the world to submit papers related to the conference theme (sub-themes) for the purpose of sharing knowledge, experiences and successful research. We welcome papers, presentations or workshop/roundtable. The accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Be sure the paper is presented in a professional way and it follows standard rules for formatting academic papers
Registration
All participants are required to register or before March 1, 2018 by filling out the attached CASE 2018 Registration Form and sending it to cale_2011@163.com. The registration fee (1000 RMB) should be paid in cash or credit card（Visa/ Master card） at the Registration Desk on May 29, 2018.

Once the registration is submitted, hotel rooms will be reserved by the CASE. Please specify in the registration form the type of room and the dates of staying.
